Derwent London awarded Property Week's 'Deal of the Decade'

Property Week Editor Giles Barrie has named Derwent London as one of property's biggest winners this decade.

Taking a look back at the sector over the last ten years, the Property Week Editor awarded Derwent London the 'deal of the decade' saying the merger with London Merchant Securities in 2007 was 'a classic merger done at a reasonable price which sealed Derwent's future until 2020'.

Mr Barrie also named Derwent London as one of three Property Companies of the decade.
