Derwent London secures Portobello Dock letting to Innocent Drinks

Derwent London has secured a 24,270 sq ft (2,255 sq m) letting at Portobello Dock, Ladbroke Grove, W10 to Fresh Trading Ltd, trading as "Innocent Drinks",  one of  the UK and Europe’s favourite smoothie companies.

Portobello Dock is an urban regeneration scheme, set on The Grand Union Canal adjacent to Ladbroke Grove and is host to a number of creative companies including the renowned interior and furniture designer Tom Dixon.

The latest letting secured with Innocent Drinks means that Derwent London has let 40,229 sq ft (3,737 sq m) of the 50,324 sq ft (4,675 sq m), equivalent to 80% of the commercial office space available at Portobello Dock.

Following the letting to Innocent Drinks, Derwent London has now transacted on 100 lettings this year across its portfolio, totalling 338,384 sq ft (31,437 sq m) making 2009 one of the most active years in terms of lettings in the company’s history.
