The Company offers its shareholders the following services:
Payment of dividends into bank/building society accounts
You can have your dividends paid directly into a UK bank or building society account, with the tax voucher sent direct to your registered address. A dividend mandate form can be downloaded by clicking here.
Low Cost Share Dealing Service
Through Stocktrade we offer our non-US resident shareholders an ‘execution only’ telephone share dealing service, which provides a way of buying or selling shares in the Company. The basic commission charge for this service is 0.5% of the total value of the sale or purchase amount, with a minimum charge of £15. If you are buying shares there will be an additional 0.5% stamp duty charge, with a PTM levy charge of £1 for single trades in excess of £10,000.
To use this service, please telephone 0845 601 0995 between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. quoting the reference Low Co 216.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (‘DRIP’)
The Company offers a DRIP to shareholders. This plan enables you to use the whole of your cash dividend to buy ordinary shares in the Company at competitive dealing rates. If you decide to participate in the DRIP your future dividends will continue to be invested automatically in shares of the Company until such time as you notify the Registrar that you wish to withdraw from participation in the DRIP, or the DRIP is suspended or terminated.
Online Share Account
If you wish, you can via Shareview, access your share account online. This provides 24-hour access so that you can attend to your investments at a time and place convenient to you. There is no charge for this service.
The account allows you to carry out the following actions;
- Change your postal address
- Change dividend payment instructions
- Check your share account
- Check recent share transactions
- Check your dividend payment details
To access the service you will be asked to set up an access number and a password. To successfully create an account you will need to have your shareholder reference number (sometimes known as an account number) and postcode to hand (your shareholder reference number is on your share certificate in the top left hand corner, or on your tax voucher).
Steps to access your account:
1. Type in your browser the following: www.shareview.com;
2. Provide your last name; your shareholder reference number and post code where requested;
3. Enter your e-mail address;
4. You will also have the option to select your mailing preference for company communications such as the Annual Report and Accounts and interim reports. If you select the e-mail options, the Company will send communications to you in this manner whenever this option is offered; and
5. You must select your password, which should be between 4 to 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
Once you have read and agreed the terms and conditions of the service, click the ‘GO’ button marked ‘Send me my Access Number’.
Equiniti will then send your Access Number to your registered address. As soon as you receive your Access Number, you will be able to log onto the Shareview service.
