Benjamin is an Architect by background, with an MBA in Construction and Real Estate. Having spent his early career designing contemporary office buildings, he then moved into Development Management and has over 25 years’ experience in the central London commercial office market. He joined Derwent London in 2010 and has delivered schemes including White Collar Factory and Soho Place. Benjamin is responsible for leading on the Design and Innovation of our developments, ensuring we continue to be at the leading edge for design quality and innovative thinking. He also sits on the Board of Management of the British Council of Offices, driving the sustainable evolution of the BCO’s Guide to Specification.
