Members can drop in and work or network in these complimentary and private Lounges. High-spec meeting rooms as well as private event spaces are available to book. Members can gather for creative workshops, music events, fitness & wellness classes and inspiring talks. We collaborate with many well-known brands and businesses to curate a diverse programme of exclusive and experience-led events. All Members are welcome, and the events are advertised on the DL/ App, where places can be booked in advance.
DL/78 in Fitzrovia
DL/78, in the heart of our Fitzrovia village, is the first of our DL/ Lounges, created for the diverse and creative Derwent London community.
The bright urban space, is arranged over two floors, with a double-height space at its centre, surrounded by a glazed mezzanine. The spacious open-plan Lounge is a place for people to meet and work informally; use of this is free for Members, and no booking is required. Members simply drop in, find a seat, and log in to the Wi-Fi: an hour or two’s work or casual meet-up is as easy as that.
A flexible suite of meeting rooms are available to book and can be configured to meet the needs of our Members. All at the click on a button via the DL/ App.

DL/28 in Old Street
DL/28 is the second of our DL/ Lounges and the community focal point for our East London village. Located on Featherstone Street, this dynamic Lounge offers Members a range of business and social amenities.
Arranged across two levels, Members will find a large, relaxed Lounge area, a flexible suite of bookable meeting rooms and events spaces, a library, and a dedicated in-house café with an outdoor terrace.
DL/28 offers Members six fully equipped meeting spaces of various sizes, ranging from 6-person all the way up to a Boardroom with a capacity of 30.
DL/28 also benefits from 100 m2 of supremely flexible event space which can be hired by Members in townhall-style presentation mode for up to 100 people, as a drinks reception space for 200 people, or as a 20-person wellness studio.
