Our employees embrace our high standards of conduct and are encouraged to speak up if they witness any wrongdoing which falls short of those standards. Our procedures aim to support and reassure staff that they are able to raise genuine concerns without fear of victimisation or unfair treatment, even if they turn out to be mistaken.

Through our Supply Chain Responsibility Standard, we clearly set out our principles and expectations for our supply chain in respect of environmental, social, ethical and governance issues. This renews our commitment to ensuring our supply chain remains as engaged as we are in setting the highest standards. Within the Supply Chain Responsibility Standard, our suppliers have access to an independent whistleblowing line for the reporting of concerns.

Following receipt of a message we have procedures in place to ensure an independent and proportionate investigation.
