Since our first accreditation in 2021, we’ve continued to raise the bar in diversity, inclusion, and organisational growth. This milestone reflects the hard work of everyone at Derwent London to create a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Representatives from the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group were delighted to collect the award from Simon Manterfield, NES Lead Assessor at EY, on behalf of Derwent London.
Simon praised our commitment:
“Derwent London’s decision to engage with NES for a second time is a testament to their commitment to diversity and inclusion, and organisational appetite to grow and learn from industry leading practice. Derwent scored in the top 5% of organisations assessed against the NES, and we particularly praised their ability to attract and retain top talent, the breadth of their mental health and wellbeing offerings, and their work to uplift the communities they operate within."
