Are you looking for a workspace to grow your business? We are offering the opportunity for up to three businesses to win a DL/ Membership for one year. We are inviting small businesses, community initiatives and charities, with up to five employees per organisation, to enter.
This DL/ Membership offers complimentary access to Derwent London’s Lounges, DL/28 in Old Street EC1 and DL/78 in Fitzrovia W1 (the “Lounges”). The Lounges are multi-purpose spaces, designed for our office tenants to drop in and work or network. The Lounges also offer high-spec meeting rooms and private event spaces, on-site cafés and a programme of creative workshops, events, fitness and wellness classes and inspiring talks.
The Lounges will be yours to enjoy, easily accessible via our DL/ App, which you will have access to for the duration of one-year membership.
This competition may also offer opportunities for you to network with other members within our portfolio and any other appropriate contacts of Derwent.
The Prize
Complimentary DL/ Membership for up to five employees from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2025, including:
- Access to DL/ Lounges – DL/78, 78 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4QS and DL/28, 28 Featherstone Street, London, EC1Y 8SL for up to three days a week, Monday – Friday;
- Access to the DL/ App including booking meeting rooms, a programme of events held at the Lounges, and taking advantage of exclusive discounts and offers from a variety of local restaurants, shops and lifestyle brands;
- 12x £100 meeting room vouchers, to be used at the Lounges during the one-year membership; and
- The opportunity to network with other members within our portfolio and any other appropriate contacts of Derwent.

Submission Guidelines
Please read this information carefully before entering, as any submission that does not adhere to the guidelines will not be considered.
The deadline for the competition is 23:59 London, UK (BST) on 31st May 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Entrants should submit their application via the online application portal. By submitting an application, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. If successful, you will also be required to agree to the Terms & Conditions relevant to the DL/ Lounges.

Judging Panel
The judging panel will be made up of 7 panellists who have extensive business management experience, as well as specialists in marketing and sustainability.
