Crafted in house by Piercy&Company, this Supermodel of Network took around 160 hours to make and includes 285 individual pieces of scale furniture. The model comes to life, allowing the viewer to enter into the miniature world of the building - with open plan, flexible workspaces and rooftop terraces.
Network, by Piercy&Company for Derwent London, will complete in 2025, offering up to 135,000 sq ft of workspace across ten floors in London’s Fitzrovia. The low carbon building is designed as three volumes: a base which engages generously with the streetscape; a middle volume of light filled workspace and beautifully landscaped terraces.
