The full refurbishment of this 127,800 sq ft office building completed in mid 2013 and the who building was let to Burberry. The work included a new elegant masonry facade with brick detailing akin to that of adjacent Horseferry House which Burberry also occupied.
Burberry vacated the building at the end of 2025.
