Middlesex House was originally built in 1934 and fully redesigned by John McAslan & Partners in 2001. It offers light-filled open-plan offices over five storeys centred around an open courtyard.
In 2014-15 we converted the basement car park into 12,200 sq ft of office space, which was designed and 100% pre-let to Make Architects.
A comprehensive refurbishment of the remainder of the office space, totalling 50,000 sq ft, is underway with completion in H1 2027.
