

This 285,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, directly above Tottenham Court Road station, is on site and due to complete in H1 2022. - 115m2 of solar PV panels will provide an onsite source of renewable energy
- Enhanced sub-metering will enable tenants to monitor their electricity consumption
- The embodied carbon emissions of the building will be offset using verified schemes
- Biodiverse brown roofs to support wildlife
- All timber used to construct the building will be FSC or PEFC certified
- Greywater from the building will be recycled
- 347 cycle racks along with shower facilities to support sustainable travel
