This 285,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, directly above Tottenham Court Road station, is on site and due to complete in H1 2022. It will comprise 209,000 sq ft of offices, 36,000 sq ft of retail (known as 1 Oxford Street), a 40,000 sq ft theatre and new public realm.

The scheme is 86% pre-let following lettings to G-Research and Apollo at 1 Soho Place and at 2 & 4 Soho Place the theatre has been pre-let to Nimax and the offices have been pre-sold.

Sustainability

In line with our Net Zero Carbon targets, Soho Place has been designed with the highest standards of environmental design in mind.

One Oxford Street:

  • The building will be supplied by renewable electricity and gas
  • 115m2 of solar PV panels will provide an onsite source of renewable energy
  • Enhanced sub-metering will enable tenants to monitor their electricity consumption
  • The embodied carbon emissions of the building will be offset using verified schemes
  • Biodiverse brown roofs to support wildlife
  • All timber used to construct the building will be FSC or PEFC certified
  • Greywater from the building will be recycled
  • 347 cycle racks along with shower facilities to support sustainable travel
