This mixed-use scheme will comprise 321,000 sq ft of offices, 45,000 sq ft of residential (10,000 sq ft affordable housing), 14,000 sq ft of retail and a new public realm park. It has been designed by leading architects Make. Work is on site with completion scheduled for H1 2020.
In 2017, Arup pre-let 133,600 sq ft of offices at £9.7m pa and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) agreed to take 123,500 sq ft at £10.6m pa. In 2018 Elliott Wood took the entire 11,000 sq ft of offices at Asta House. In Q3 2019 BCG took a further 40,650 sq ft at £3.4m pa. Following these transactions the scheme is now 85% pre-let.
Part of the 80 Charlotte Street campus and with its own self-contained entrance, 71 Whitfield Street provides 13,000 sq ft of contemporary office space over ground and lower ground floor.
