This mixed-use scheme will comprise 332,000 sq ft of offices, 45,000 sq ft of residential (10,000 sq ft affordable housing), 3,000 sq ft of retail and a new public realm park.  It has been designed by leading architects Make.  Work is on site with completion scheduled for H2 2019.

In February 2017, we announced a 133,600 sq ft pre-let to Arup at £9.7m pa and in September The Boston Consulting Group agreed to take a minimum of 123,500 sq ft at £10.6m pa with options to increase this by another 43,000 sq ft.  At the same time Arup agreed an an option to take a further 19,800 sq ft at £1.5m pa.  Following these announcements, a minimum of 83% of the total commercial element of the scheme is pre-let with BCG having the right to occupy another 13%.
