Skills and expertise: Rob has significant real estate and financial services experience, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Grainger plc and CEO and Chief Investment Officer for AEW Europe. In December 2025, Rob joined Hammerson plc, the largest UK-listed, pure-play owner and manager of prime retail and leisure anchored city destinations across the UK, France and Ireland as Director and CEO Designate.
