Designed by Morris+Company, this new development is unique in its architectural style, has great sustainability credentials and intelligent capabilities. The design of the scheme references the heritage of the local urban landscape through its material palette of low carbon concrete and sculptural metalwork. The expansive terraces overlook the treetops at Bunhill Fields, and the generous windows flood each of the ten floors with natural daylight. By integrating innovative features, such as air quality data sharing and responsive automatic lighting, the space truly embodies our vision for the future of the office.
