20 Farringdon Road

This is a prominent corner property, adjacent to the Farringdon Crossrail station, and was acquired in February 2015. The six-storey building totals 166,300 sq ft with 142,800 sq ft of offices with the remainder retail space.

An office refurbishment of 88,000 sq ft was completed in the second half of 2016. Office tenants include Accenture, Depop, Indeed, Index Exchange, Okta and Lumon Pay.

In 2027 we plan to reposition the property through a comprehensive refurbishment that includes a new street entrance, enlarged reception, improved terraces and enhanced amenity.
